I just finished my fourth koala pencil portrait. This koala is called Garage Girl and she was taken care of by the Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie, Australia many years ago.

A short while ago I read the sad news that Garage Girl died. She was a favourite of everyone at the Koala Hospital so I decided to make a portrait of her to memorialize her. I’m donating this original drawing itself to the Koala Hospital.

I finished all three bunnies and brought it to the person who ordered it. She was very happy with it.

I have finished my third bunny portrait. I had quite some fun with this one too. Hope the person who it’s for is very happy with it.

Working on the third bunny portrait. This bunny is a bit darker, and has more contrast. It’s a commission for somebody who really loves bunnies.

I just finished the second bunny drawing. Right above it you see the feet of the first bunny, and the third bunny is going to be right next to the second bunny. Like a bunny triangle.

I’m working hard on my second bunny drawing. Quite a bit harder than the first one.

I’m working on the second bunny portrait. This one is a little bit harder though. The fur is less fluffy and there’s more contrast.

I just finished the first bunny drawing. There are going to be two more. I’m going to start with the second one now.

Artists of Autism exhibition

My artwork is going to be exhibit at the ‘Artists of Autism’ Exhibition in the UK. Artwork of many autistic artists around the globe with be showcased there. The Big Opening of this exhibition with be on June 7th, in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The event is organized by Karen McQuire and the purpose of this showcase is to provide positive autism awareness.

Pilaf, my little feathered friend, has his own fan page on Facebook. He shares all his thoughts and his adventures there with his fans and friends. Pilaf is a very smart little parrot. I already have him for 14 years and we are inseparable.

Yesterday I was suddenly surprised by another blogger called Steven. He commented on my work, and he told me that he nominated me for the Liebster Award. Now the word ‘Award’ always sounds very good to anyone of course, so I was quite happy with it. I did some research on the internet about what the Liebster Award is, and I understand that it is an award given to bloggers by other bloggers, A kind of a ‘Pay it Forward’ system. Okay, I like it, so I decide to accept it and pay it forward.
